Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or confirmation email) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at globewaysstore@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • A £2.50 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return handling and processing costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at globewaysstore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
