Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00pm (UK time) will be dispatched on the next working day.
  • Please allow 1 working day for order fulfilment.

Delivery

  • All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour Tracked Delivery.
  • Once dispatched, your order will typically arrive within 2 working days.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Timeline

  • Order before 12pm (Mon–Fri): Dispatched same day → Delivered in 2 working days.
  • Order after 12pm (Mon–Fri): Dispatched next working day → Delivered in 2 working days.
  • Weekend orders: Orders placed after 12pm on Friday or during the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (or the next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday).

Additional Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, strikes, adverse weather).
  • We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (update if you plan to expand).
